No Hyundai don't offer such modifications. There is no official solution for this with the Kona. You can use an inverter to get power by connecting directly to the 12v battery pack. If the car is on, or in Utility Mode then it will remain topped up by the high voltage battery, but the DC-DC system doesn't like sustained loads of over roughly 600 Watts or so.
